  • VERSATILE is designed for the processing of all kinds of charcuterie products such as frankfurters, sausages, meat, poultry, fish, cheese.
  • Suitable for conventional production where its advantages are reflected in low weight loss of the product.
  • It is very suitable for products produced by cold smoke process, especially fish.
  • Ideal for use where fast and very even drying is emphasized (e.g. jerky, petfood).
  • The products can be hanging or placed on grids of the trolley with up to 35 levels
  • The sophisticated design ensures perfect insulation without heat leaks, rigidity and long working life.
  • VERSATILE chamber can have electric, steam or gas heating.
  • The size of the chamber is designed according to the customer's needs and requirements, and the customer can choose from several designs, from a single-row version through a double-row one to the tunnel version.
  • The VERSATILE chamber includes a smoke generator. The customer can choose a wooden chip smoke generator, which is the most frequent type, then there is a choice of friction smoke generator, steam or liquid smoke applicator. The standard location of the smoke generator is either on the left or right side of the smoking chamber, however a different placement can be discussed.
  • VERSATILE chamber is controlled by a microprocessor control system with the touch screen. The system regulates e.g. chamber temperature, relative humidity, air flow rate. It manages and controls the smoke generator, the process of automatic chamber washing,  the temperature in the chamber and in the product and records the processes in the memory.
  •  A number of options can be selected to meet the needs and requirements of each customer.
